FIG. 3 is an enlarged fragmentary side elevational view of the upper end thereof, the opposite side being a mirror image of that shown;

FIG. 4 is an enlarged fragmentary perspective view thereof, taken at the edge of the pad along line 4--4 of FIG. 1;

FIG. 5 is an enlarged fragmentary perspective view thereof, taken along the center portion of line 5--5 of FIG. 1;

FIG. 6 is an enlarged fragmentary cross-sectional view thereof, taken through the center of the pad along line 6--6 of FIG. 2; and,

FIG. 7 is an enlarged fragmentary perspective view thereof, taken along the center portion of line 7--7 of FIG. 2.
