FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof, the hook being shown in broken lines for illustrative purposes only and the rear being identical;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 5 is an end elevational view thereof, both ends being identical.
