FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof with the flap closed;

FIG. 3 is an end elevational view as seen from the right side of FIG. 2;

FIG. 4 is an end elevational view as seen from the left side of FIG. 2;

FIG. 5 is a front elevational view thereof with the flap open;

FIG. 6 is a rear elevational view thereof; and,

FIG. 7 is an edge elevational view thereof rotated forty-five degrees from the vertical and showing card holders in a fanned out configuration.
