The rear elevational views of FIGS. 1 and 7 have been omitted since they are symmetrical with the front elevational views, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 8, repectively. Likewise, the side elevational views as seen from the left side of FIGS. 1 and 7 have been omitted since they are symmetrical with the right side elevational views of FIGS. 1 and 7, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 9, respectively.
