FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of a cleat removal tool showing my new design;

The cleat removal and installation tool of the invention includes a concave depression extending into the interior of the tool from the bottom end, and an aperture extending farther into the interior of the tool from the center of the concave depression in coaxial alignment with the longitudinal axis of the tool, as illustrated in the sectioned view of FIG. 5.
