FIG. 3 is a right side elevation view thereof, the left side being a mirror image of that shown;

FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof.

The retainer chain shown in FIGS. 1-4 is shown broken away for convenience of illustration.
