FIG. 2 is a perspective view in a partially opened condition;

FIG. 3 is a side elevational view;

FIG. 4 is an end elevational view, the opposite end being identical thereto;

FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view;

FIG. 6 is a top plan view; and,

FIG. 7 is a side elevational view of the side opposite that shown in FIG. 3.
