FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 7 is an isometric view thereof.

The cross-hatch shading in FIGS. 1-7 represents conventional fabric and is understood to extend uniformly throughout the cover. The broken lines in FIG. 2 represent stitching.
