FIG. 7 is a side elevational view thereof with upper part closed;

FIG. 8 is a side elevational view thereof with upper part open;

FIG. 9 is a side elevational view with the supporting arms attached respectively to the rear and bottom of the upper part thereof; and,

FIG. 10 is a side elevational view of FIG. 9 with the upper part in the open position.
