FIG. 1 is a right side perspective view of a novelty hat showing my new design the broken line showing of the human form is for purposes of illustration;

FIG. 2 is a left side perspective view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a rear perspective view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a front elevational view in an unrolled position, the rear is a mirror image; and,

FIG. 5 is a bottom perspective view.
