FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a ballast box and mounting brackets showing our new design with the broken line showing of a light pole and lights being for illustrative purposes only and forming no part of the claimed design;

FIG. 2 is an enlarged perspective view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a side elevational view thereof with the opposite side being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof with the bottom plan view of the adjacent clamp being identical in appearance;

FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof with the top plan view of the adjacent clamp being a mirror image; and,

FIG. 6 is a front elevational view thereof.

The rear elevational view of the ballast box is planar and unornamented.
