FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of a packaging element showing my new design, the rear elevational view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 2 is an end elevational view thereof, the opposite end view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof, showing the retaining tabs in an alternate position of use, the bottom plan view being a mirror image thereof; and,

FIG. 4 is a top front perspective view thereof.
