FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a left-hand end elevation view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a right-hand end elevation view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a bottom plane view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a back side view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a front side elevation view; and,

FIG. 8 is an end elevation view enlarged for clarity of the profile of the back side shown in FIG. 6 and the front side shown in FIG. 7.
