The ornamental design for a metallic cranial burr hole cover and bone flap fixation plate, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a front plan view showing my new design for a metallic cranial burr hole cover and bone flap fixation plate with an attached identification tag and handle shown in broken line outline;

FIG. 2 is a right side elevation view of the metallic cranial burr hole cover and bone flap fixation plate, the left side elevation view being a identical image thereof;

FIG. 3 is a rear plan view of the metallic cranial burr hole cover and bone flap fixation plate; and,

FIG. 4 is a bottom edge view the top edge view being identical thereof.

The broken line outline of the identification tag and handle is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed invention.
