The ornamental design for the cable connector with symmetrical housing, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the cable connector with symmetrical housing showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 5 is front elevational view of a cable connector with symmetrical housing showing a second embodiment of my new design. Except for the tapering, all aspects of the second embodiment are the same as the first.
