FIG. 2 is a reduced side elevational view thereof, the opposite side being a mirror image;

FIG. 3 is a reduced rear elevational view thereof, the broken lines being understood to represent perforations;

FIG. 4 is a top plan view of FIG. 1;

FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view of FIG. 1; and,

FIG. 6 is a perspective view of FIG. 1 shown in its folded condition.
