FIG. 1 is an environmental, perspective view of a cord lock and fastener, clasp closed, showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a right side elevational view with the left side being a mirror image thereof; and,

FIG. 5 is a perspective view thereof, clasp open.

The undisclosed bottom and rear are plain and unornamented.
