The ornamental design for a display cabinet, as shown and described.

The sole FIGURE is a perspective view of a display cabinet showing our new design, the opposite side being identical to that shown except for the hinged door for interior access, the top portion of the cabinet has concealed lighting; the top and bottom of the cabinet are flat and unornamented.
