FIG. 1 is a rear view of a combined pillow, fabric picture frame and fabric heart-shaped pouch, showing my new design, with the flap in open position;

FIG. 2 is a front view;

FIG. 4 is a side perspective view of FIG. 3, the opposite side being a mirror image of that shown;

FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view of FIG. 3; and,
