The ornamental design for a display dial for fluid process monitor, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of a display dial embodying our new design;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view of the display dial, with the bottom view being a mirror image thereof; and,

FIG. 3 is a right side elevational view of the display dial, with the left side view being a mirror image thereof.

The rear side of the display dial is non-ornamented.
