FIG. 4 is a rear view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a bottom view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a left side view thereof;

FIG. 8 is a right side view thereof;

FIG. 9 is a top plan view thereof which the lock is released;

FIG. 10 is a cross section along a line 10--10 in FIG. 3 but an inside constitution is not shown; and,

FIG. 11 is a referential, top plan view thereof which is mounted on a pole.
