FIG. 1 is a top view of the tape illustrating the spaced apertures therein for spaced placement of rebar and further illustrating in phantom marking on the tape for both measurement and warning purposes;

FIG. 2 illustrates the tape of FIG. 1 in roll form;

FIG. 3 is a front side view of the tape as it is dispensed from its roll;
