The ornamental design for an upper portion for a footwear, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a right front isometric view of an upper portion of a footwear showing my new design, those portions of the rear and opposite side, not seen, form no part of the claimed design;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 3 is a right side elevational view thereof.

The dashed lines on the surface of the upper are stitching, and the dot-dash lines showing sole portions are environmental only and form no part of the claimed design.

The right footwear is a mirror image of that shown.
