FIG. 1 is a side elevational view of my new toothbrush handle design, the bristles being shown in dotted outline for illustrated purposes only and forming no part of the claimed design, the opposite side being a mirror image;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view of my new toothbrush handle;

FIG. 3 is a left end elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a right end elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view taken along line 6--6 of FIG. 5.
