The ornamental design for a bottle body portion, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a top front perspective view of a bottle body portion of a bottle showing my new design; and,

FIG. 2 is a front elevation view thereof.

The phantom line disclosure of the bottle is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design. Also, the back elevational view of the bottle body portion is the same as the front elevational view shown .
