The ornamental design for a combined ceiling and light fixture, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a bottom perspective view of a combined ceiling fan and light fixture;

FIG. 2 is a side perspective view thereof, the other sides being substantially identical to that shown; and,

FIG. 3 is a top perspective view thereof.

The fan blades have been shown broken away in FIGS. 1-3 to indicate indeterminate length.
