The ornamental design for a sink pedestal, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a sink pedestal showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is an end view, the opposite end being a mirror image thereof, the opposite end being flat and unornamented; and,

FIG. 3 is a front elevational view thereof, the perpendicular sides being a mirror image thereof.
