The ornamental design for an outsole cushion, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a bottom view of an outsole cushion, showing our new design and having a plain and unornamented top;

FIG. 2 is a rear elevation view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a side elevation view, the opposite side being a mirror image thereof.
