The ornamental design for a bicycle handle shifter grip, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a bicycle handle shifter grip showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a side elevational view thereof, all other sides being a mirror image of that shown; and,

FIG. 3 is an end elevational view thereof, the opposite end being unornamented.
