The ornamental design for an covering fabric for painting rollers, as shown and described.

The sole FIGURE is a front view of the covering fabric for painting rollers showing my new design.

The rear, sides, bottom and top of the covering fabric for painting rollers are plain and unornamented and therefore are not illustrated.

The characteristic feature of my invention resides in the white pile fabric including yellow spots.

The drawing is lined for color.

The sides of the fabric are of a conventional thickness.
