FIG. 2 is a side elevational view thereof, the opposite side view being identical;

FIG. 3 is a side elevational view thereof rotated 45° from the position of FIG. 2, the opposite side view being identical;

FIG. 4 is a side elevational view thereof rotated an additional 45° from the position of FIG. 3, the opposite side view being identical;

FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is a bottom view thereof.
