We claim the ornamental design for a data storage disk drive housing, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is an isometric view of a data storage disk drive housing showing the front right side and top views, the left side and bottom are a mirror image of the right side and top respectively; and,

FIG. 2 is a rear view thereof the functional components being omitted because they do form part of the claimed design.
