We claim the ornamental design for container for use with an automatic analyzer, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the container for use with an automatic analyzer;

FIG. 2 is a side view thereof, at a scale slightly larger than that of FIG. 1, all sides being identical, except for the displacement of treads;

FIG. 3 is a top view thereof; and,

FIG. 4 is a bottom view thereof.
