FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a lower housing for a ceiling fan showing our new design, the broken lines being illustrative of environmental structure only and forming no part of the claimed design;

FIG. 2 is an additional perspective view of the lower housing for a ceiling fan shown in FIG. 1 with a portion of the environmental structure removed;

FIG. 3 is an enlarged perspective view of the lower housing for a ceiling fan shown in FIG. 2;

FIG. 4 is an enlarged front view thereof, with the left-side, right-side, and rear views being mirror images thereof;

FIG. 5 is an enlarged top view thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is an enlarged bottom view thereof.
