The right side view and the top view of the third embodiment are disclosed by FIGS. 3 and 4 of the first embodiment. The left side view of the third embodiment differs from FIG. 1 of the first embodiment only by the fuel chamber being transparent.

The right side view and the top view of the fourth embodiment are disclosed by FIGS. 9 and 10 of the second embodiment. The left side view of the fourth embodiment differs from FIG. 7 of the second embodiment only by the fuel chamber being transparent.
