We claim the ornamental design for a customer interface panel for a transaction terminal, as shown.

FIG. 1 is a front, left side perspective view of the customer interface panel for a transaction terminal showing our new design, the broken line showing of the shelf supporting structure on the interface panel is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design; and,

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof.
