The ornamental design for a bottom cover for a ceiling fan, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a bottom cover for a ceiling fan showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is an additional perspective view of the bottom cover for a ceiling fan shown in FIG. 1;

FIG. 3 is a front view thereof with the right-side, rear and left-side views being mirror images thereof;

FIG. 4 is a top view thereof; and,

FIG. 5 is a bottom view thereof.
