The ornamental design for a tool handle, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is an elevational view of a first embodiment of a tool handle showing my new design in which opaque portions of the handle are shown stippled and transparent or translucent portions of the handle are shown without stippling, and in which there is a contrast in tone or color between the stippled and unstippled portions, and in which a tool shank is shown in phantom line since its configuration and size are not material to the design;

FIG. 2 is an elevational view of the tool handle rotated about its longitudinal axis from the position seen in FIG. 1;

FIG. 3 is an elevational view of the tool handle rotated still further about its longitudinal axis from the position seen in FIG. 1;

FIG. 5 is an end view of the shank end of the tool handle;

FIG. 6 is a perspective view of the tool handle of FIGS. 1-5;

FIG. 7 is an elevational view of a second embodiment of a tool handle showing my new design, in which the handle is opaque with portions of the handle in one tone or color being shown stippled, and other portions of the handle having a contrasting tone or color are shown unstippled, and in which a tool shank is shown in phantom line since its configuration and size are not material to the design;

FIG. 8 is an elevational view of the second embodiment of the tool handle rotated about its longitudinal axis from the position seen in FIG. 7;

FIG. 9 is an elevational view of the second embodiment of the tool handle rotated about its longitudinal exis still further from the position seen in FIG. 7;

FIG. 10 is an end view of the butt end of the second embodiment of the tool handle;

FIG. 11 is an end view of the shank end of the tool handle of the second embodiment; and,

FIG. 12 is a perspective view of the second embodiment of the tool handle of FIGS. 6-11.

The broken line showings of the blade are for illustrative purposes only and form no part of the claimed design.
