The ornamental design for a cactus lamp, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a side elevational view showing my new design of a cactus lamp.

FIG. 2 is a top view of the design shown in FIG. 1; and,

FIG. 3 is a bottom view of the design shown in FIG. 1.

The present invention is symmetrical, with all side elevational views appearing the same.
