FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof, the opposite bottom plan view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 4 is an enlarged end view thereof, the opposite end being identical thereto; and,

FIG. 5 is an enlarged sectional view taken along line 5--5 in FIG. 2.
