We claim the ornamental design for a ratchet, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a ratchet according to the design of the present invention from the front, top and right side thereof;

FIG. 2 is a top view of the design according to the present invention;

FIG. 3 is a bottom view of the ratchet of the design according to the present invention;

FIG. 4 is a right side view of the ratchet of the design according to the present invention;

FIG. 5 is a left side view of the ratchet according to the design of the present invention; and,

FIG. 6 is a perspective view of the ratchet of the design according to the present invention from the rear, top and left sides thereof.
