FIG. 7 is a front elevational view of the upper portion, to an enlarged scale and with the holders in unfolded and fully extended position, the lower portion of the figure being broken away to reduce the extent of the figure and being illustrated in FIG. 13, the rear elevational view being a mirror image;

FIG. 8 is a front elevational view of the upper portion, to an enlarged scale and with the holders in folded position, the lower portion of the figure being broken away to reduce the extent of the figure and being illustrated in FIG. 11, the rear elevational view being a mirror image;

FIG. 9 is an elevational view of one side of the upper portion, to an enlarged scale and with the holders in folded position, the lower portion of the figure being broken away to reduce the extent of the figure and being illustrated in FIG. 12, the undisclosed side being a mirror image;

FIG. 10 is a side elevational view comparable to FIG. 9 but with the holders in unfolded and fully extended position, the lower portion being illustrated in FIG. 14, and the undisclosed side being a mirror image;

FIG. 11 is a front elevation of the lower portion broken away from the upper portion shown in FIG. 8, the rear elevation being a mirror image;

FIG. 12 is a side elevation of the lower portion broken away from the upper portion shown in FIG. 9, the undisclosed side being a mirror image;

FIG. 13 is a front elevation of the lower portion broken away from the upper portion shown in FIG. 7, the rear elevation being a mirror image; and,

FIG. 14 is a side elevation of the lower portion broken away from the upper portion shown in FIG. 10, the undisclosed side being a mirror image.
