FIG. 4 is a right elevational view thereof, the left side being a mirror image;

FIG. 5 is a top view thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof.

The cushioning pads, slots for attaching straps, straps for reinforcing ribs on the outer surface of the mask which are shown in broken lines are for illustrative purposes only and form no part of the claimed design.
