FIG. 1 is a right side, front and top isometric view of the combination greeting card plaque and packaging, embodying my new design, the broken lines showing writen and pictorial matter in this view, and in other views herein, not being part of the design sought to be patented, and being merely exemplary of any lettering and pictures which could be applied to the article;

FIG. 2 is a right side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a rear elevation view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a left side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is a right side, front and top isometric view of the combination greeting card plaque and packaging embodying my new design, similar to the view shown in FIG. 1, but with the front panel thereof shown in open, display position.
