FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a paper towel holder which forms my new design, the broken lines in this and later figures being illustrative of a roll of paper towels and forming no part of the claimed design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a side elevational view thereof, this side and the opposite side being mirror images;

FIG. 4 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a rear elevational view thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof.
