FIG. 2 is a perspective view thereof, with the view showing principally front, left side and bottom end features thereof, it being understood that the left and right sides are substantially mirror images of each other;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 4 is a rear elevational view thereof.
