FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is an elevational view taken from one side opposite that of FIG. 3;

FIG. 6 is a top plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 7 is a bottom plan view thereof.

The bracketed portion of the vertical shaft is shown broken-away in the views to indicate indeterminate length.
