FIG. 3 is a right side view of the weightlifting plate shown in FIG. 1, the left side view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 4 is a top view of the weightlifting plate shown in FIG. 1, the bottom view being a mirror image thereof; and,

FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view of the weightlifting plate, taken along lines 5--5 of FIG. 2 and looking in the direction of the arrows.
