The ornamental design for a instrument display for a vehicle, as shown and described.

This application is related to co-pending application Ser. No. 29/123,397, of the inventor, filed on even date herewith and entitled "Dashboard for a Vehicle."

FIG. 1 is a front view of a instrument display for a vehicle according to my novel design; and,

FIG. 2 is a left perspective view of the instrument display for a vehicle according to my novel design.
