We claim the ornamental design for the multiple outlet side entry wall tap, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a front view of the multiple outlet side entry wall tap design showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a back view of the multiple outlet side entry wall tap design of FIG. 1;

FIG. 3 is a top view of the multiple outlet side entry wall tap design of FIG. 1;

FIG. 4 is a bottom view of the multiple outlet side entry wall tap design of FIG. 1; and,

FIG. 5 is a left side view of the multiple outlet side entry wall tap design of FIG. 1, where the right side view is identical to the left side view.
